Fair warning, and it is the first line of the video: that is not me on camera. It is my AI avatar, reading words I wrote. I could have hidden that. I put it first instead, because the whole point of the series is that you should always know what you are looking at.
Here is what you get in about ninety seconds. The one question to ask yourself before you touch any AI tool, which is whether you already know what needs to get done. Why most of what we have called execution for 25 years was really translation. And why the part that is left, knowing what is worth doing, is the part you already have.
